Textual analysis - Kerrang contents page

The Kerrang contents page is very full and busy.  The yellow and the black stand out from the rest of the writing telling you that it is a contents page, there is also yellow and black headers for the important sections of the magazine.
There is a grid of pictures, with the biggest photo being the biggest news, there are page numbers that stand out due to there yellow highlights.
There is a lot of information on this page, this gives the impression that the magazine is going to be full worth the money.  This also works the other way, as the busyness of the page could be overwhelming and people might not buy it.
Compared to Q magazine the contents page looks complex and full.
